Like the 1400 the Insight 1800 has been deliberately designed to be easy-to-use. With Its large, soft button controls they provide all the features necessary to make reading and writing as technically free as possible.
The 4 display modes are:
An extra wide table accommodates larger items such as newspapers and the controls are out of the way and do not get covered.
Push-button-braking (PBB) is an electronic lock button located on the front panel which stops the X-Y table in any position so you don’t lose your place.
The 1800 colour system comes with any size monitor making it versatile and inexpensive for upgrading if your sight gets better or worse.
The long-life LED lighting eliminates the requirement for changing bulbs. They last in excess of 100,000 hours.
This system is so reliable that a standard warranty of 3 years is included.
